When seeking quotations and/or arranging insurance personal details are collected such as name, address and details of risk you require insurance for. Where possible personal information will be collected from you directly but may also be obtained from third parties. To provide our services we may require information about individuals such as pilots, maintenance engineers and instructors. In such instances we rely on you to obtain their consent to pass that information to us.
Information may be passed onto insurance companies or to other entities such as financial institutions to confirm particulars provided by you. Personal information may also be transferred overseas where it is necessary in obtaining quotations and/or arranging insurance.
Without this personal information we may not be able to obtain quotations or arrange insurance for you.
